Within 12 months, DECA Dental expanded to a total of 4 locations. His methodology continued to gain momentum and, by 2014, DECA Dental had 27 offices and 50 full-time doctors.
By 2016, the DSO had expanded to over 60 offices, effectively doubling its footprint in just under a year. This exponential growth has translated into a 45 percent increase in revenue year over year. Today, the organization operates throughout Texas and is comprised of 70 offices and growing, over 500 staff members, 100 doctors and thousands of guests every month.
